Buddy & Son’s is a trusted family-run auto body and heavy-duty truck collision repair shop catering to the Big Spring, TX area. We offer our customers an abundant service menu for various cars, trucks, and SUVs. Whether collision repair or panel repair, our shop can make a blemish-full vehicle look like new again. Since opening our doors in 1972, we’ve emphasized the importance of offering an unforgettable customer experience, which has granted us the legacy we uphold to this very day. We pride ourselves in being blessed enough to have 3 bodywork bays and a large paint booth to reverse blemishes due to accidents or collisions. To ensure we can take care of the drivers in the area, we offer towing services that go as far as Midland, Odesa, San Angelo, and Colorado City. Our family-owned business is operated by Dylan and Kaegan Smithie who ensure the work environment is one to grow in professionally and personally.

We’re looking for General Repair Technicians and Auto Body Technicians who preferably possess ASE or I-CAR certification. Both positions should have previous customer service experience and preferably experience working in the automotive industry. Each position requires candidates with excellent attention to detail, the ability to handle more than one project at a time, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• General Repair Technician
• Auto Body Technician

Commission based.

Full – Time | 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.| Monday – Friday 

• ASE Certified or I-CAR Certified (preferred)
• Must have own tools.
